Bearing many of the features seen in it’s contemporary at 20 South Street, the slightly more generous dimensions lend a more comfortable feel. The almost full-height windows on the first floor are certainly high style for the size and location. The well-defined openings and nicely scaled lintels/sills give the windows a sophisticated quality. Gentle corbelling creates a capital look at the cornice line of the corners.
