55 Atlantic Street. Tax records call it ‘Italianate’. Okay. Seems like a very non descript apartment building.

The overhanging roof/cornice is kind of Italianate

Built ca 1890. 1924 tax roles list the owner as Bessie Averback. The current owner is listed as an LLC in Cape Elizabeth.
