Built ca 1860 by Stephen K Dyer
A rather late Greek Revival in the West End.
The short block of Gray Street from Brackett to Winter is home to an eclectic blend of 19th-century houses in varying states of repair.
I, of course, am drawn to the house in the ‘worse’ condition.
Built in 1863 by Thomas Cummings father and son.
The elder Cummings was an architect in Portland.
Built ca: 1840
